Redemptions

Victory Sweep Casino uses Gold Coins (GC) for fun-only gameplay and Sweeps Coins (SC) for sweepstakes-mode play. Gold Coins have no cash value and cannot be redeemed. Sweeps Coins may be eligible for prize redemption under the platform’s Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use.

A redemption is not automatic when you earn or receive Sweeps Coins. You must meet the eligibility requirements, have an eligible balance, and submit a request through your account. Review the current rules before you request a prize, since they govern redemption conditions and limits.

Check Eligibility Before You Request

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher, and live in a location where participation and redemptions are permitted. The platform’s promotions are void where prohibited by law, and availability may vary by location.

Account verification may be required before a request can be reviewed or completed. Follow the instructions shown in your account and provide any information requested. Make sure your account details are accurate and consistent; missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information may delay review.

Minimums, Methods, and Timing

Victory Sweep’s current minimum redemption amount, available redemption methods, and processing times are not specified here. Check the redemption area in your account and the latest Sweepstakes Rules for the requirements and options that apply to you before submitting a request. Do not assume that a payment method used for purchases is also available for redemptions.

The options shown in your account are the best source for current availability. Processing may take longer if verification is pending, account information needs review, or a request does not meet the applicable rules. The platform does not provide a specific processing-time estimate in the information available here.

What to Review Before Submitting

Before requesting a redemption, confirm that you are using eligible Sweeps Coins rather than Gold Coins, that your account is verified if required, and that your request meets the current minimum and other rules. Check that the redemption method and details you select are available for your account and location.

Redemptions are subject to the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use, including any applicable restrictions or limits. If you have questions about your account or a pending request, contact Victory Sweep Casino through chat or email support@victorysweepcasino.com.
