Sweepstakes Rules

To participate in Victory Sweep Casino sweepstakes and promotions, you must be an Eligible Participant. That means you are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is later, at the time you register. You must also be a natural person using a valid, unique account in your own name, and provide truthful, current information during registration.

Victory Sweep Casino is operated from the United States and follows applicable federal, state, and local laws. Any person barred by law, regulation, or court order from participating in sweepstakes or contests is not eligible.

Where you can play: geographic and legal limits

Sweepstakes offers are void where prohibited by law. You may only access and use Victory Sweep Casino from locations where sweepstakes-style social gaming is legally permitted. Victory Sweep uses geolocation and related tools to confirm your physical location at time of play and before prize redemption. If you are located in a jurisdiction where participation is restricted, you will be unable to play or redeem Sweeps Coins.

If you are unsure whether your state allows sweepstakes play, consult your local regulations or contact customer support at support@victorysweepcasino.com before registering.

How to create an account: registration and single-account policy

To register, create an account with accurate personal details, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and residential address. You agree to keep this information current. Each person is limited to one account. Accounts created under multiple names, aliases, or by members of the same household to bypass limits may be suspended or closed.

Victory Sweep reserves the right to require additional documentation to confirm identity, address, and age. All account holders must comply with account verification requests before Sweeps Coin redemptions are processed.

How Sweeps Coins and Gold Coins work

Victory Sweep uses two virtual currencies:

• Gold Coins (GC) — for fun-only gameplay. GC have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Sweeps Coins (SC) — sweepstakes-mode currency that can be used to play for prizes and may be redeemable for cash prizes under the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use.

Ways to obtain Sweeps Coins:

• Free Coins Sign-Up — SC and GC are credited automatically after account creation and verification, with no purchase necessary.
• Daily Login — free GC and SC are credited for logging in every 24 hours.
• Social Media Promotions — periodic giveaways and contests on Victory Sweep’s Facebook and Instagram pages; follow and participate to qualify.
• First Purchase Welcome Offer — purchase option of $19.99 grants 50,000 GC and 50 free SC when you click “Claim Now” and complete the purchase. Purchases are processed in United States dollars via MasterCard, Visa, or Bank Transfer.
• Other promotions — limited-time bonuses and campaigns may award additional SC or GC.

SC credited to your account are subject to the Sweepstakes Rules and any specific offer terms. GC remain play-only.

No purchase necessary: free alternative method of entry

No purchase is necessary to obtain Sweeps Coins or to enter Victory Sweep sweepstakes. If you prefer not to make a purchase, you may request Sweeps Coins at no cost via mail. To submit a mail request, send a written request including your full name, email address, residential mailing address, date of birth, and the phrase “Request for Sweeps Coins” to:

RRPJ Entertainment LLC 5473 Blair Road, Ste 100 Dallas, Texas 75231 United States

Victory Sweep will process mail requests in accordance with applicable rules. Requests received without required information may be delayed or denied. Response times vary; allow reasonable time for processing.

How sweepstakes promotions operate

Sweepstakes promotions will clearly state:

• Start and end dates and times; claim deadlines; and any play or redemption windows.
• The currency type awarded (GC or SC) and any restrictions on use.
• Eligibility requirements, prize descriptions, and redemption procedures.
• Any minimum redemption thresholds, if applicable, and any applicable fees.

Promotions are governed by these Sweepstakes Rules and Victory Sweep’s Terms of Use. Promotions are void where prohibited and limited to eligible participants. Offers may be changed, suspended, or canceled at Victory Sweep’s discretion. All prizes are subject to verification and applicable taxes or reporting.

Redeeming Sweeps Coins: requests, limits, and processing

To redeem Sweeps Coins for prize payouts, you must:

• Have a verified account in good standing.
• Submit a redemption request through your account portal.
• Meet any minimum redemption thresholds listed in the promotion or your account.

Redemptions are subject to verification and anti-fraud review. Typical processing may include identity checks, address verification, tax form collection, and review of account activity. Once verified, payouts are processed using the payment method options available to your account and may incur processing time. Victory Sweep will communicate estimated timelines during the redemption process.

All redemptions are final after completion. Victory Sweep is not responsible for third-party payment provider delays or banking processing times.

Verification, taxes, and legal compliance

Victory Sweep may require government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and social security information to process redemptions. If you receive redeemable prizes that meet reporting thresholds, Victory Sweep may issue tax forms as required by law. By participating, you agree to provide necessary documentation and to comply with applicable tax and reporting obligations. Failure to supply requested documents within a reasonable time may result in denial of redemption.

Prohibited conduct and examples

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or using another person’s account.
• Using bots, automated scripts, exploits, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software.
• Collusion, coordinated play, or sharing strategies intended to manipulate outcomes or bonus systems.
• Falsifying identity or account information, or providing fraudulent documents.
• Attempting chargebacks, refund fraud, or reversing valid transactions to requalify for promotions.
• Abusive, harassing, or fraudulent communication with staff or other players.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, forfeiture of Sweeps Coins and winnings, and reporting to law enforcement where appropriate.

Fraud prevention and monitoring

Victory Sweep maintains systems to detect suspicious activity using geolocation, IP analysis, device fingerprinting, transaction monitoring, and pattern recognition. Accounts exhibiting irregularities may be temporarily restricted pending review. Victory Sweep cooperates with payment processors, banks, and authorities to investigate and prevent fraud.

If you believe your account was compromised or incorrectly flagged, contact support immediately at support@victorysweepcasino.com for expedited review.

Suspension, disqualification, and remedies

Victory Sweep reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts and remove any related balances, bonuses, or Sweeps Coins if:

• You breach these Sweepstakes Rules or the Terms of Use.
• Victory Sweep detects fraudulent or abusive behavior.
• You fail to provide required verification documents within the requested timeframe.
• Participation would violate law or regulation in your jurisdiction.

Decisions regarding suspensions and disqualifications will be made at Victory Sweep’s discretion. If an account is suspended in error, Victory Sweep will work to resolve the issue and restore eligible balances when appropriate.

Victory Sweep promotes responsible social play.
